New rooflight
Howells Patent Glazing will unveil a new rooflight at FIT Show 2019, which will appeal to commercial and domestic installers.
The stand will showcase over 50m2 of rooflight products including double hipped, mono, flat, and pitched slimline.
Each rooflight has been designed and manufactured by the Birmingham-based company, and benefits from continuous improvement and testing. The flat rooflight displayed will show the introduction of glass rafters for larger unlimited multi-pane roofs, for example.
Visitors can also see the company’s roof vent in operation. Launched earlier this year, it has been designed to integrate with the company’s patent glazing bars and is also compatible with other systems.
The vent attains the best achievable results when independently tested (Wintech) for air permeability, water tightness and wind resistance, and comes with a five-year warranty.
A water and air permeability tested trapezoidal version of the roof vent is also available, believed to be the first in the UK.
