My CFG platform celebrates first anniversary

Carl F Groupco is celebrating the first anniversary of its My CFG online platform. Clare White, marketing manager at Carl F Groupco, said: “We are always looking at ways that we can add value in all areas of our business, not just related to the products we sell.

“I’m happy to say that we’ve had great success with My CFG. It gives our trade customers the facility to place their hardware orders, access account information, including invoices and statements, and even pay for orders online.”

The Carl F Groupco team was determined that the system should contribute to the company’s commitment to making all aspects of the buying process as seamless for its customers as possible. Clare commented: “It may seem like a simple task, but we needed to be sure that the service was slick and provided real value to our customers, not be just another clunky online ordering system.”

According to Carl F Groupco, take-up of the system has been high. For Clare, it’s the details that set the system apart. She said: “Customers can access the portal at any time, view previous orders and quotations and reorder from them too. Products are easily accessible and detail customer-specific pricing and order quantities, saving time and simplifying their ordering process.
