Wellingborough fabricator Astraseal is reducing lead times on its Smarts Visofold aluminium bifold doors while reducing the price.
The doors are available from Astraseal for £497 per leaf glazed with A rated units, and now come with two-week lead times when ordered in white or grey.
“The reason we’ve been able to provide such a great deal, with such short lead times, is due to the economies of scale we can achieve with our new, dedicated aluminium factory,” Astraseal’s sales and marketing manager Zac Nedimovic said.
“Setting up a 25,000ft2 aluminium factory was obviously a huge investment, and required massive amounts of time and effort to get up and running. But now it’s fantastic – complete with a brand new 600mm saw it’s boosted our aluminium capacity by five times, and we’re now able to buy aluminium profile in much higher quantities, meaning better prices for our trade customers.
“As standard, our bifold uses Smarts’ new DV176 integrated cill threshold, a fully weather sealed, low threshold, which can provide the seamless transition inside to outside. Also, as standard, our bifold features a new, ACDV525 locking flush shootbolt handle and the new ACDV532 bottom roller with steel pin for dead loading.”
