Business Pilot has further strengthened its BPsite App with the integration of BPsign and Blink Payment links – and update that is designed to transform every installer’s device into a mobile payment and customer signature terminal.

This latest update enables onsite teams to collect electronic signatures via BPsign and request payments in real-time using Blink Payment links.

Installers can now take payment immediately after the job is completed, with options for customers to pay via card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay – all from the same device used for installation reports and job updates.

“Speed and simplicity are everything when it comes to installation logistics,” said Ryan Schofield, technical director of Business Pilot. “With BPsign and Blink built directly into the BPsite App, fitters can now close out jobs faster, more professionally, and without the paperwork or payment delays.”

Previously integrated into the Business Pilot CRM platform, Blink Payment has already been praised by users for slashing admin time and improving cash flow.
