Prefix has improved the quality if its products, while speeding up lead times, after it brought its colour bonding and spraying facilities in house, the company has announced.
“With recent investment in a new state-of-the-art spray booth and finishing system in Blackburn, we have added further capacity to our existing colour range providing greater flexibility and options for our customers,” the company said. “This major investment will drastically improve lead times on all PVC sprayed glazed roof systems and allows us to achieve the highest quality of finished product.
“Our most popular colours of anthracite grey and blacks are being held in stock for quick turnaround on roof lanterns or full conservatory roof systems. The new spray facility gives us the capability to spray any style of PVC roofs any colour, utilising our specialist software to match any existing specific paint colour.”
