Cloud-based customer portal

HWL Trade Frames has introduced a full suite of cloud-based customer service and business management systems – including 24/7 ordering – using Window Designer from First Degree Systems.

HWL’s customers can take advantage of the latest Fengo2 system to price and process orders for the fabricator’s products, including its heritage windows and doors.

Customers can also check on the status of orders and delivery times, as well as access and download any related documents.

HWL’s director Graham Howatson said: “It represents a step change in service. The introduction of bar code scanning points on the factory floor has introduced another level of quality control into our production processes, and Window Designer makes it so much easier for our customers to manage their businesses more efficiently; it gives them full visibility of their orders at any given time.

“Our customers can also use a suite of business management tools with the Zandi CRM system. This includes: dedicated dashboards for outstanding issues, returns and replacements; an integrated calendar system that can help schedule sales calls, installations or remedial work; and a suite of marketing tools to manage campaigns, responses and ROI.”

Graham continued: “We know from increasing demand that the heritage sector is becoming increasingly competitive. Our product offer is designed to give our customers a distinct advantage, and our cloud-based portal means they can do so while operating as effectively as possible.”
