Carl F Groupco has added the new Kenrick captive door hinge to its portfolio.

The Secured by Design-accredited Kenrick captive door hinge can achieve the requirements of PAS 24 without additional security devices, such as dog bolts. John commented: “The hinge speeds up installation times giving our customers greater scope to improve their efficiencies.”
The captive door hinge can carry loads up to 120kg when four hinges are fitted and 80kg with three hinges.
It is available in standard or slim variations depending on profile stack heights and can be used with profile related packers for sculptured sashes. It is available in nine colours so offers a solution for every style of door and décor.
It is manufactured with a zinc die cast body with stainless steel pin and the quality of the hinge is evident in its accreditations. It is endurance tested to 100,000 cycles and has achieved a minimum of 240 hours salt spray testing for painted finishes and 480 hours for lorica finishes. It comes with a 10 year mechanical guarantee.
