Bohle extends Arta colour options
Bohle has extended the colour range of its Arta shower door hinge to now include stainless steel effect and black, in addition to chrome-plated, which it says will create new opportunities for companies operating in the home improvement and KBB sectors.
By capitalising on the trend for colour choice, the mid-range Arta shower door hinge is designed to offer a functional, attractive, and reliable solution for those companies installing shower cubicles.
“Homeowners want choice,” said Bohle’s MD, Dave Broxton. “And by offering the three most popular colours, you are more likely to meet their needs. Also, if the homeowner is only updating or adding the shower cubicle, then it is likely the bathroom will already have existing hardware which needs to be matched.”
The Arta shower door hardware comes in a choice of either 90º or 180º openings, can accommodate glass thicknesses of between 8mm and 10mm, and has a load capacity of 40kg per pair.
Key aesthetic features include a smooth return motion thanks to a rise and fall mechanism, concealed screws, and clipped cover caps.
“It is the detail that complements bathroom installations, and the Arta shower door hinge was designed by Bohle to do just that,” said Dave. “And installation is straightforward, with full technical support on hand if required.
“Supplying quality hardware allows installers to create a truly premium package, offering the aspirational design in a choice of colours that homeowners are looking for, while commanding a higher margin, and resulting in fewer call-backs, both of which improve the bottom line.”
