Belgian trip
A group of 35 fabricators from Belgium visited Deceuninck’s UK base in Calne to see the company’s products and learn about best practice in foiling and extrusion.
Highlights of the visit included tours of Deceuninck’s foiling plant to see the foiling team and the 140,000ft2 warehouse, both of which are part of company’s ongoing investment in offering 26 colourways from stock, soon to be extended to 30.
Rob McGlennon, UK managing director, said: “It was great to welcome so many Deceuninck fabricators from Belgium. We’ve grown fast in the UK and there’s a lot of interest in what we do and how we’ve achieved success. Our visitors were blown away when they saw our foiling plant. We’re totally committed to colour which is why we offer such a vast range from stock.
“Colour is just one of the reasons sales are flying high at Deceuninck – so far we’re up over 20% on 2018 which itself was another record year.”
