The latest Yale products to be added to Carl F Groupco’s catalogue are the Encloser Window Espagnolette and the Friction Stay range, which allow customers to gain access to Yale’s Lifetime Security Guarantee.
Carl F Groupco’s managing director John Crittenden said: “Outstanding protection against forced entry is offered by Yale products and this Lifetime Security Guarantee confirms confidence in the quality of the products. It is also a strong selling feature.
“In the unlikely event of a break-in, up to £1,000 will be paid towards the customer’s home insurance excess to ensure they’re not out of pocket and up to £1,000 is offered towards repairs or replacements.
“Cover extends to refunding up to £250 in call-out fees to secure the home if a break-in occurs due to failure of a Yale component and also £1,000 compensation to the homeowner to apologise for any distress caused.”
