Customade Group has announced the appointment of two well-known industry figures into senior roles: Mark Scaife as group chief operating officer; and Simon Jarman as managing director of Fineline Aluminium.
Mark has worked for 10 years at Safestyle UK as group operations director and most recently as group technical director.
Mark’s experience with several established blue-chip companies include three and a half years at Masonite/Premdor where he introduced lean manufacturing. With a background in managing manufacturing across multiple locations, he will oversee each of the group’s manufacturing sites to fully optimise their manufacturing capacity.
Simon, who joined Customade Group in 2016, has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry and has a strong track record in consumer-focused businesses, having spent seven years as ceo at Everest. Based at Fineline Aluminium’s headquarters in Weston Super Mare, Simon will support the growth of the business as homeowner demand for aluminium continues to rise.
