- The Elumatec DG 244 double mitre saw, fitted with a label printer, receives customer data and generates barcodes for every cut.
- These barcodes are scanned with the hand held scanner on the SBZ 118 CNC machining centre and the correct machining programme is selected, ensuring zero errors, smooth transitions and fast turnaround.
- Supporting the operation is the TS 161/21 bead saw with full Digi-Stop, along with precision assembly tables, all from elumatec.
This setup is said to have enabled Warmer Roof to scale production while maintaining exceptional accuracy and consistency.
