Tommy Trinder has reported that users have clicked that ‘Bring It To Life’ button on its quotation software more than 7,000 times – and feature that is designed to transform standard property mock-ups into presentation-ready images that look like real photographs.
According to Tommy Trinder, the landmark was reached within the feature’s first ten weeks of live use; in total, 7,028 makeovers have been completed for more than 1,100 homeowners.
“When we launched Bring It To Life, we knew it had a thumping great ‘wow’ factor,” said Tommy Trinder CEO, Chris Brunsdon. “What we did not know was how quickly it would become part of the everyday sales process.
“Seven thousand makeovers is not people having a quick play with AI. These images are sitting inside real quotes and real sales conversations, helping homeowners choose colours, styles and upgrades with confidence.”
Built into Tommy Trinder’s visualiser, the AI-driven feature takes a standard makeover and adds realistic glass reflections, interior depth, lighting, shadows and environmental blending. Crucially, it is engineered to preserve the proposed product design – from frame style and colour to sash alignment and glazing bars.
The result turns the traditional ‘you’ll have to imagine it’ sales conversation on its head.
“A homeowner can be nervous about making a bold change to their biggest asset,” continued Chris. “A dark frame, a different window style or a premium front door can be hard to picture from a swatch or technical drawing. Bring It To Life lets the salesperson say: ‘Here it is. This is how your home could look.’
“One picture may be worth a thousand words. Seven thousand pictures are worth an awful lot of confident customers – and, we hope, a fair few orders.”
