The need for leads

This year’s FIT Show demonstrated that installers are having to work harder for their leads. That’s the view of Andy Royle, MD of Leads 2 Trade, the UK’s provider of double-qualified sales leads to installers in the home improvement sector.

Andy said: “As this was the first FIT Show in three years, we thought it would be the best time to exhibit and launch our new cashback offer. It was a very positive event, and it was great to see some of our installer members face to face.

“We had lots of interest from installers in our premium lead, no pitch no fee confirmed appointment service, which reinforces what we are hearing in terms of installers seeing a definite shift to receiving fewer enquiries from their self-generated efforts.

“This also meant a lot of intrigue about our new cashback offer, which we think will be a game-changer for the way installers pitch and convert leads.”

Leads 2 Trade says that its confirmed sales appointment leads, with an 85% appointment confirmation rate, have proved ‘hugely popular’.
