Sternfenster has been named a finalist in four categories at the 2026 G-Awards, recognising the company’s continued commitment to business excellence, digital innovation, manufacturing performance and investment in its people.

The Lincoln-based window and door fabricator has been shortlisted for Business Excellence Award, Digital Transformation Award, Fabricator of the Year and Training Excellence Award, marking another significant achievement for the business following its four finalist nominations in 2025.

Mike Parczuk, managing director at Sternfenster, commented:

“To be shortlisted for four G-Awards for the second consecutive year is a fantastic achievement and something we’re incredibly proud of. It reflects the commitment of our entire team and the work taking place across every area of the business to continually improve what we deliver for our customers.”

The Digital Transformation Award nomination highlights Sternfenster’s ongoing investment in technology, including its cloud based EasyAdmin+ platform, which was developed in house to simplify the way installers quote, order and manage their projects.

Having replaced a 16 year old system, EasyAdmin+ has now supported £122m in quotes and £14m in orders across 321 trade customers, with 14.7% of orders processed automatically outside normal business hours.

The company’s wider digital offering also includes EasySales, an augmented reality application developed in partnership with the University of Lincoln, enabling installers to visualise, measure and quote for products in customers’ homes.

“Digital innovation has become an important part of how we support our customers,” Mike continued. “Our focus has always been on developing practical tools that make everyday tasks easier, giving installers more time to concentrate on their customers and growing their businesses.

“Seeing that commitment recognised at the G-Awards is particularly rewarding because it reflects the work our teams have put into developing and improving these systems.”

Sternfenster’s shortlisting for Fabricator of the Year and Business Excellence Award reflects its wider approach to manufacturing, operational performance and customer service.

The company has improved its complete and on time in full (COTIF) delivery performance from 86% to the mid 90s, while achieving £24.3m turnover and £2.65m EBITDA in 2025, more than double the previous year’s EBITDA.

These achievements have been supported by a continued focus on customer satisfaction, with Sternfenster recording a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80 and an average customer rating of 4.53 out of five.

With a broad range of PVC-U and aluminium windows and doors, alongside dedicated customer support and digital services, Sternfenster remains focused on providing installers with a dependable supply partnership and the tools they need to compete effectively.

Meanwhile, the Training Excellence Award nomination recognises Sternfenster’s commitment to developing its workforce through its Drive to Thrive programme, which combines structured development opportunities with regular coaching and mentoring across the business.

The programme has delivered 584.5 hours of development since February 2026, supporting employees in building their skills and progressing their careers.

In October 2025, Sternfenster also became the first UK fenestration company to achieve Investors in People Platinum accreditation, the highest level of recognition awarded by the organisation.

Mike added:

“Our people are at the heart of everything we achieve. Whether that’s developing new technology, maintaining manufacturing standards or supporting customers, the expertise and dedication of our teams make a real difference.

“Achieving Investors in People Platinum was a particularly proud moment for us, and the Training Excellence Award nomination is further recognition of the importance we place on developing our people and creating opportunities for them to progress.

“To receive recognition across four different categories is especially encouraging because it demonstrates the breadth of work taking place throughout Sternfenster. We’re looking forward to celebrating the achievements of the wider industry at this year’s G-Awards.”
