The Saveheat Glazing Group hosted a successful golf day recently, bringing together 30 key industry suppliers, partners and customers for a day of camaraderie and competition.
The event took place at Gourock Golf Club, with guests from as far north as Aberdeen and as far south as Brighton.
The day featured a round of golf and networking opportunities and was also supported by other local businesses. Goodie bags for all participants were provided by Crawford Rae of Golden Casket, McGill’s Buses provided transportation to and from the golf course, and The Tontine Hotel played host to those from outside the area.
Blairs has also recently completed a successful timber window replacement project at The Tontine Hotel which has been shortlisted for the British Woodworking Federation awards in November.
The four winners of the golf day were:
- Winner: Joe Hague from Forel
- Runner-up: Steve Kelly from DMI Fire & Security
- Longest drive: Richard Yule from Eodex
- Nearest pin: Marc Cairnie from Abacus Agents
“We were delighted with the turnout and the overall success of the golf day,” said Alex Gray, of Saveheat Glazing Group and Blairs Windows and Doors. “It was a great opportunity to connect with our industry partners and celebrate our collective achievements.”
The Saveheat Glazing Group is already looking forward to hosting another golf day in the future and continuing to foster strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
