£million in sales a week

SEH BAC exceeded £1 million in sales in a single week in January, chalking up a record for the south east-based company.

And with the home improvement industry still buoyant, it shows no signs of slowing down, the company said.

With a product range including PVCU, aluminium and timber windows, doors, conservatories, solid roof extensions, replacement conservatory roofs, verandas, orangeries, and roofline, SEH BAC saw a huge rise in the number of sales in the second half of last year and that has continued into 2021.

The company has also scooped several recent awards, including the Emplas 2020 Best Showroom Awards and Ultraframe’s Installation of the Month, and it has been shortlisted for further awards this year.

Due to the increased demand, SEH BAC is looking to strengthen its team of installers and builders in the Oxford, Reading, Milton Keynes, Maidstone, Dartford, Basildon and Ipswich areas.

MD Peter Wheeler said: “Thanks to our extensive marketing campaigns coordinated with our marketing partners Purplex we are generating record sales and it shows no signs of slowing down.

“We are looking for experienced window, door, and conservatory installers and experienced builders to help cope with this increasing demand.

“We have more than 50 years’ experience installing to homes in Suffolk, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Kent, and Essex, and we want to continue that proud tradition.”

SEH BAC operates 13 showrooms across East Anglia, the south east and the Home Counties and is part of £multi-million Ipswich-based One Group Construction, a £160 million group of specialist companies which complete major infrastructure and construction projects across the UK.
