Mark of approval for Framexpress

Framexpress has earned two new BM Trada Q Mark accreditations, helping to further bolster its range of third-party certified fire doors.

In addition to the existing BM Trada Q Mark for fire door manufacturing, the Telford-based fabricator has also earned the BM Trada Q Mark for fire door installation and fire door maintenance.

The BM Trada Q Mark fire door installation scheme has been designed to provide reassurance to end users that the product they have chosen has been installed correctly. The addition of the BM Trada Q Mark for fire door maintenance ensures fire doors are being maintained correctly in accordance with the appropriate guidelines.

Jonny Green, principal product manager at Framexpress, said: “We have been working hard behind the scenes to get our fire doors certified to meet the entire Golden Thread spectrum. These new accreditations affirm our commitment to quality and excellence, helping us offer a high-quality fire solution that gives installers, contractors, passive fire companies, architects, developers and those alike the confidence in the fire doors they have chosen.”

Following the launch of its fire door range in 2023, Framexpress has expanded its production facility by 15,000ft², solely dedicated to its fire door production.
