Kolorseal has launched a new corporate video and created a virtual tour of the factory that is available to explore on the company’s website.

For Deborah Hendry, managing director at the leading colour coating specialist, it was important for both existing and prospective customers to understand the size of the operation and the technical superiority the company offers to the fenestration and construction sectors.

The virtual tour – which is described as a β€˜digital twin’ of the Kolorseal factory – is a detailed, 3D, interactive model that allows visitors to access different areas of Kolorseal’s manufacturing facilities and was developed by creative agency, VisualEyes.

Alan Tisch, from VisualEyes, commented: β€œIn the dynamic world of manufacturing, staying ahead means embracing innovative technologies. β€˜Digital twins’ is a revolutionary digital replica of physical spaces and assets. It provides Kolorseal with a cutting-edge way forward to enhance corporate visibility, demonstrate real-time operations, and showcase its facilities.”

The new virtual tour and video are said to demonstrate the high standard of services offered by Kolorseal and how consistent quality is achieved at the 18,0000ft2 Huddersfield site.

According to Kolorseal it is also now possible to assist new employees with training via the virtual model of the manufacturing environment.

Deborah commented: β€œBeing able to demonstrate how Kolorseal is differentiated from its competitors is helping us to enhance our brand and corporate reputation.

β€œAs a state-of-the-art facility I wanted to be able to use digital technology to show people the full potential of our operations.

β€œThis powerful engagement tool enables us to be transparent with our customers, and also consumers, who may well engage with our digital videos to see what is available to them when making choices for their home.”
