Liniar has appointed Martin Benn as sales director for new build & social housing, and Stuart Nelson as commercial manager for new build & social housing.

Martin and Stuart have collectively spent more than 50 years within the industry, where they are said to have played pivotal roles in establishing and developing one of the most successful new build sales operations in the UK fenestration sector.

Throughout their careers, Martin and Stuart have worked at the forefront of the new build market, building long-standing relationships with national and regional housebuilders. According to Liniar, they have helped to drive specification success and secure significant market share across the sector.
