Framexpress achieves 85% OTIF

Framexpress has reported an ‘On Time, In Full & Accurate’ rate of 85%.

The company, which has 146 employees and over 25 years’ experience, services over 400 trade customers.

Its ‘On Time, In Full & Accurate’ delivery performance metric has been used to measure the success and quality of each customer’s order. According to Framexpess, the latest data shows a figure many are yet to achieve across the industry.

Stuart Green, joint MD at Framexpress, said: “Achieving an 85% success rate is a huge milestone for us, one myself and the team have worked really hard to achieve. I’m incredibly happy with the team’s efforts over the past year, and we’re looking forward to providing the best for our customers in 2024, too.

“Of course, we’re striving to break into the 90%, but we’re constantly looking for ways to ensure our customers receive nothing but the best from us, so we hope that these metrics will only continue to rise.

“There are many factors that come into play when dealing with a customer’s order – some of which are out of our control – and mitigating those issues is a real priority for us, whether it’s by communicating more effectively with our suppliers, reviewing our internal processes or simply working as a team to improve our offering and overall experience for our customers.”

The Telford-based fabricator has also made a number of significant investments in the past few months, including in machinery, worth over £300,000, and an additional 15,000ft2 of manufacturing facility in Tweedale, a stones-throw away from its Telford HQ,  which is hoped will help improve these metrics even further.
