SEH BAC has been accepted into the Master Window and Conservatory Installers Association (MWCIA), an organisation made up of the βbestβ window, door and conservatory companies in the UK.
The MWCIA seeks to make it easier for homeowners to find reputable, experienced installers and avoid rogue traders. To join, firms have to meet strict entry standards, demonstrating they not only provide outstanding installation work, but also exceptional customer service.
The MWCIA scheme was founded by Don Waterworth, known for his appearances on consumer rights programmes βDonβt Get Done Get Domβ and βCowboy Buildersβ, and his work with TV personality Dom Littlewood.
βOver years working on television, and decades working in private practice, Iβve come across hundreds of dodgy, unscrupulous home improvement companies,β Don said. βThatβs why I set up the MWCIA.
βWhen homeowners hire a MWCIA member to carry out work on their property, theyβll provide them with a customer care promise that tells them everything theyβll do to look after them and their property throughout the course of the installation. Every installer who works on the project will be a registered master window installer, and will have a lanyard and badge to prove it β allowing the homeowner to rest easy in the knowledge that all work will be completed to the highest of standards.
βIβve been hugely impressed with SEH BAC, and its hard work, professionalism, and commitment to customer service. Iβm delighted to welcome them into the MWCIA β and would encourage other diligent, hard-working installers interested in enjoying the benefits of membership to get in touch today.β
