The Double Glazing & Conservatory Ombudsman Scheme (DGCOS) has recorded a series of podcasts discussing current industry affairs, the first of which is now available on the DGCOS installer website.

The podcasts include comment from DGCOS chief executive, Faisal Hussain, brand ambassador, George Clarke, DGCOS member, Thom Emerson, from Ideal Window Solutions and Mike McGougan, DGCOS head of membership.

Faisal Hussain said: “Our discussions explored many current topics like supply chain issues, innovation, consumer spending, and a topic close to our heart that we’re championing, mental health awareness.

“It was particularly encouraging to hear Thom Emerson talk about how Ideal Window Solutions is prioritising pastoral care within the workplace. We talked at length with Thom regarding his business and the role DGCOS has had to play in supporting them over the years.

“Each of our guests bring a different perspective, for example George Clarke talks about some of the interesting designs he’s been working on lately, particularly when it comes to a new, reimagined approach to a multifunctional home brought about from the work from home requirement.
