Pioneer has sourced new delivery vehicles that will reduce the company’s fleet costs while ensuring pollution during the delivery of its energy saving windows, doors and conservatories is reduced to a minimum.

Three new Iveco 7.5 tonne Eurocargo vehicles claim to be among the most fuel-efficient available.
Managing director Danny Williams said: “I am very aware of the irony of offering products that are marketed and purchased for their energy efficiency but which then have a significant impact on the environment during their manufacture and delivery.

“We continuously monitor and update our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, and these new vehicles will have a significant impact on our energy and pollution values during their delivery cycles. All businesses have to think this way now as a matter of course, and our business strategy now requires us to always choose equipment and systems that become available to reduce our environmental impact.”
