Freefoam has launched a new video with long standing customer Building Plastics Wales. The short film showcases the business and its customers and illustrates how Freefoam works with its trade suppliers to build long standing relationships, leading to growth and success.
Colin St John, commercial director, said: βBuilding strong and lasting relationships with our customers, such as Building Plastics Wales, is crucial to our business. Our roofline, cladding and interior products are an ideal addition to any PVC supplier and itβs fantastic to see this customer grow and flourish with the help of Freefoam.β
A family run business based in South Wales, with two branches in Blackwood and Newport, the company was started in 2014 by Vaughan Colley.
Vaughan commented: βWe supply the full range of Freefoam building plastics throughout the UK, from the top end of Scotland to the bottom end of Cornwall, delivered by own vehicles and network of national couriers.β
Building Plastics Wales serve a wide range of customers from trade buyers, DIY customers and large housing associations. Vaughan explained: βWeβve seen our online sales grow year on year, and they now form around 40% of our total business. E-commerce business is made up of a mixture of purely online customers from all around the UK alongside our increasingly growing number of traditional local trade customers choosing to click and collect from branch or have products delivered to site.
βItβs a trend we can see continuing, and weβre pleased weβve got the systems in place to make the most of this opportunityβ
