The complete composite door collection

As Hurst Doors completes its composite door offer with the launch of the new, timber core S-Class Collection, installers are now better equipped to meet growing demand for personalisation, no matter the requirements or budget.
Today, the front door is increasingly seen as an extension of the home, with many homeowners wanting options that reflect their taste as well as meeting practical needs. Social media and design trends have only added to this focus on individuality, with customers expecting more choice than ever before.
“Kerb appeal, security and performance are still key when it comes to front doors,” says Mark Atkinson, sales director, Hurst Doors.
“Today’s homeowners want front doors that function and feel as premium as they look, but they also want personalisation. Colour, hardware and style play a big part in that, and providing more choice is essential,” he adds.
For installers, meeting consumer expectations requires a product range that is broad enough to cover every taste and budget, while still delivering on performance and reliability.
In response to this, Hurst Doors has expanded its composite door range with the launch of S-Class.
Designed to sit above Hurst’s existing GRP composite door offering, the new collection features a solid timber core and provides installers with even more choice when it comes to style, specification, and budget.
Combining a traditional timber core with a low-maintenance thermoplastic CoolSkin outer, with heat reflective technology, S-Class is engineered to maintain its finish, colour, and definition over time and provides the installer with added flexibility in terms of colour match and sizing capability.
“S-Class is solid, stylish, and alongside our GRP composite door collection, provides our installer network with a complete composite door offer,” says Mark. “Whether customers are driven by cost, aesthetic or added features, there’s now a Hurst composite door to match. With S-Class, we’ve ensured all the bases are truly covered, and that gives our customers a lot more flexibility when it comes to quoting.
“Ordering is quick and simple via our customer portal, Hurst Live, and a comprehensive S-Class brochure is also available to order via our website,” he adds.
A wide variety of door designs, glazing choices, hardware, and colour options, all detailed in the dedicated S-Class brochure, means homeowners can create a bespoke door that perfectly reflects their personal taste, without compromising on performance.
The S-Class offers 32 different door styles, including Traditional, Rustic and Contemporary collections, giving installers options to suit different property types and customer preferences.
With Irish oak, duck egg blue, Chartwell green and agate grey among 17 colours and woodgrain finishes to choose from, there’s also an extensive range of glazing options.
Installers can select from a wide range of decorative glasses in addition to Hurst’s exclusive Harmony Collection of contemporary sandblasted glass designs. Featuring on both sides of the double-glazed unit to create an elegant and striking 3D etched effect, totally bespoke creations are also possible using Direct Digital Glass printing, for the ultimate in personalisation.
For nature lovers, Hurst offers a collection of beautiful ‘Bee and Butterfly’ glass designs, complemented by a stunning range of door furniture, helping installers to upsell and add value. Other hardware options include the Stainless Steel, Heritage and Contemporary ranges of handles, letterplates and knockers, for the ultimate in choice.
Made to order at Hurst’s dedicated facility in Yorkshire. Every door includes a high-security multi-point locking system as standard, compatible with Kubu Smart technology.
“In an era where personalisation drives purchasing decisions, we’ve demonstrated our knowledge of what homeowners want – and what installers need to win business – with the new S-Class,” says Mark.
“S-Class offers the styles, colours, glazing and hardware options that homeowners want, while giving installers the flexibility to deliver on any budget and create opportunities for upselling.
“It completes the picture, enabling installers to source every type of composite door from Hurst and stay competitive in a market that demands more choice than ever.”
