According to figures from the Rated People Home Improvement Report, in 2023, almost half (45%) of UK homeowners are looking to adapt their homes to make them more environmentally friendly and energy efficient.

As such, we‘ve invested in a new 10,000ft² facility as part of our commitment to providing unparalleled support to our customers.

This is the first step of many to ensure we’re leading the way in supporting our partners. We’re committed to enhancing our customer experience with not just technical expertise, but a broad approach to the way in which we work with our partners.

Alongside upscaling our premises, we’ll be expanding the level of support offered by our showroom and trade counter. We want our trade counter to be your one-stop shop for advice, information, and sales support and our showroom to be the ultimate resource for showing off just how efficient and stunning our systems can be.

Supporting the trade

Our new and improved showroom has all of our products on display, from bi-fold doors to windows, sliding doors, and our entire range of aluminium systems.

The showroom is open six days a week, to contractors, architects, specifiers, or even your customers themselves.

Our trade counter welcomes you into our showroom, where our team will be on hand to assist you with anything that you may need. Whether your customers are in the planning stages of their project or making some last-minute changes, we’re always on hand to provide advice and support whenever you need it.

The team is also equipped with state-of-the-art industry technology which helps them to generate quotes and can simulate a range of CAD drawings to help your customers visualise how their installed product will look.

The team can also go through the window and door specifications to help meet any design challenges and give the best advice on which products are best for the project.

We can also provide top-line support for architects and specifiers. All our window and door systems are fabricated and specified to meet all Building Regulations and can be easily adapted to satisfy the requirements of Approved Document F.

From product information to Document Q regulations or CE marking, our team has a wealth of knowledge to answer questions and offer expert advice to architects on accreditations, compliance, thermal performance, and security.

All of our aluminium systems at the Frame Fast factory are manufactured by skilled staff using specialist technology and a sophisticated quality control department.

Our team can also provide specialist training for your staff. We work in partnership with Smart Aluminium and Eurocell to provide a comprehensive programme for aluminium windows, doors, conservatory roofs, Skypods and flat roof windows.

To ensure the very best product, every door and window frame is checked and double-checked for quality, strength and accuracy. Before items leave the factory, each frame or unit undergoes even more rigorous assessments.
