Your Hurst is a range of new initiatives and resources that have been designed with the needs of you in mind. The key focus of Your Hurst is the interactive online support we provide from enabling customers to pay for their composite doors online via our Hurst Live portal to providing information and resources that will help them sell and install Hurst Doors.

In response to customer feedback, Hurst Live, our trade-only portal, has evolved to provide customers with more support than ever before. Hurst Live is no longer simply a method to order PVCU door panels, or a composite door designer that allows you to request quotes and place orders online, it is now an essential comprehensive information system that is central to the customer experience.

As well as providing you with instant access to company news, notifications and members of the Hurst team via the Live Chat function, Hurst Live provides a personalised service, giving customers the ability to manage all aspects of their account and business with us online.

One of the new key resources is Hurst Pay, which enables you to pay for composite door orders using a credit and debit card, should you prefer to pay for your doors in advance. As soon as the order is received, it is processed without the need for a pro-forma to be raised, speeding up the ordering process.

Customers can still pay for their orders on account, but we believe the new payment methods allow you to take complete control of how you want to order. Additionally, all order history is provided and all Hurst deliveries can be tracked in real-time, so you’ll always know when to expect your order.

Any leads that are received via the Hurst Door designer are allocated to the enquirers nearest installer and these can be located in your dashboard.

As part of the Your Hurst initiative, we have updated our marketing and downloads library. This section of the user portal features a wealth of comprehensive information and useful resources, including easy-to-use technical guides, adjustment and maintenance instructions, warranty and product information, as well as marketing collateral.

These are delivered through downloadable PDFs, our new ‘How to with Hurst’ videos and blogs. Brochures and other marketing collateral can also be ordered via the portal.

We operate a ‘customer-first’ approach to everything we do. As such, we’re always keen to receive feedback and encourage customers to complete our online survey so that we can continue to evolve and improve our offering across all aspects of the business. This has proved invaluable to the business approach since it was first introduced eight months ago, as customers have highlighted areas where we do things well, and where improvements could be made, which has led to many of the developments that you see today.
