Introducing the Soho Window

The past 12 months have been full of innovation and excitement at Origin. We started by launching the Soho External Door (OB-36+), which includes bi-fold doors, French doors and single doors, and features a sought-after steel look design.
We then launched our Contemporary External Door, which offers a refined look with minimal sightlines and large expanses of glass. Alongside product launches, we invested in our very own in-house powder coating facility.
Not only has this facility achieved Qualicoat status, but it did so in record time, with Origin becoming the quickest ever company to be accredited.
These achievements perfectly underscore our dedication to delivering exceptional products for our partners that not only look great, but also provide unparalleled quality and performance. As a company, we never rest on our laurels, so we are taking this dedication to innovation into 2025 with the launch of our new Soho Window (OW-70), part of the highly desirable Soho Collection.
About the Soho Collection
When we set out to design a new generation of fenestration products, we were inspired by the iconic and historic architecture of one of Manhattan’s chicest neighbourhoods – Soho.
Understanding homeowner desire for statement glazing, we set out to combine the aesthetics of the timelessly elegant steel-style design with the superior quality and performance that Origin is synonymous with.
To create our Soho Collection, we have added the new Soho Window to our existing Soho External Internal Door. Designed with the intention of offering an integrated and cohesive look, these products sit alongside one another to give the all-important, harmonious ‘wow’ factor.

The Soho Window frames every view with industrial elegance, and is meticulously crafted to combine the sought-after steel-style aesthetic with superior thermal performance, which surpasses traditional steel windows.

Bespoke aesthetics
The Soho Window is available in casement and fixed frame styles, making it perfect for any residential or commercial setting.
Made bespoke to exact customer specifications, the Soho Window also benefits from an exceptional finish given our Qualicoat accredited in-house powder coating facility. Here, we use an industry-leading 10-stage pre-treatment cleaning process to ensure the aluminium frame’s surface is flawless and free of any imperfections before applying the chosen colour and finish.
It’s a difference that can be seen and felt. With over 150 different RAL colours to choose from, including textured and dual-coloured options, there’s an option for every project.
Robust construction
Our products are synonymous with quality, and the Soho Window is no different. It is engineered from the highest-grade aluminium, boasts ultra-slim sightlines of just 65mm and offers square beading for a sleek and sophisticated appearance.
The Soho Window features true glazing divides to give a steel-style effect that’s authentic and robust. Plus, the new window is backed by our guarantee of up to 20 years.

Not only does the new window look fantastic, but it’s designed to meet the rigorous demands of the UK market.
The Soho Window can achieve U-Values as low as 1.4 W/m2K, which exceeds building regulations to ensure energy efficiency and reduced energy bills. Superior weathertight seals further guarantee properties are protected against the elements and maintain comfortable interior temperatures year-round.
Ultra-secure
As with all of Origin’s external products, security is an inherent part of the design. The lock itself is a stainless steel multi-point lock, which is fitted to accurately align with the keeps.
The number of locking points varies depending on the size of the window, meaning security is not compromised no matter how big the window is. The Soho Window also complies to PAS 24 for ultimate peace of mind for homeowners.
A complete solution
The Soho Window seamlessly complements Origin’s existing Soho Collection, including the External and Internal Door, and allows trade partners to offer a complete solution for homeowners. With exclusive complementary hardware, all products in the Soho Collection will offer a seamless and cohesive look.
The OW-70 Soho Window is now available to order on Origin’s online quoting and ordering system (OSS), providing Origin partners with easy access to pricing, specifications, and ordering information.
