Stoke based window and door manufacturer UK Window Systems has appointed Claire Heywood as head of business development.
Claire’s employment takes place six months after the Rehau and Residence fabricator saw the new owners take over the company and strengthen its sales and marketing team, hiring Nick Holloway as sales director.
Claire ran two businesses prior to joining UK Window Systems, one of which sold internal and external doors to trade and residential customers.
“Joining UK Window Systems is a fantastic opportunity for me,” Claire said. “It’s easy to see the potential the company has, and the new management team is working extremely hard to develop and drive the business forward for the customers and its employees.
Claire is responsible for developing and introducing ways to strengthen a better ‘Customer Experience’ for UK Window Systems customers and will be spending her time encouraging them to engage with new and existing products, share ideas on how to improve the company’s overall performance, and developing close working relationships with customers.
