Victorian Sliders has unveiled new standard lead times that start from just 10 days.

The business is said to have recently invested extensively in people, processes and equipment to improve the standard of service it provides.

Group managing director, Steve Winslet, commented: “It’s been an incredible three years for glazing – but hugely challenging too.

“Sales soared. But so did lead times across the industry, as shortages and supply chain disruption started to bite.

“Over the last six months, at Victorian Sliders, we’ve been working tirelessly to do something about it.

“Now, thanks to our commitment to constant improvement, we’re delighted to announce we’re able to offer standard lead times from just 10 days – helping you work more quickly, ensure healthy cash flow, and keep your customers happy.”

The company has also announced new standard times for any necessary remedials, and has a range of other improvements planned for the year ahead.

“At Victorian Sliders, we’ve developed one of the most versatile, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing PVC-U sash windows in the world,” Steve continued.

“We’re now focused on delivering the friendly, efficient service to match.”
