Production Software Technology has designed its VsHome software to help home improvement companies improve how they present and develop projects with customers.

“We tried four or five different systems, but there was always something missing that made them incompatible for us.

“When we came across vsHome, it seemed to check all the boxes.”

Getting started with VsHome proved straightforward, according to Michael. Team members were provided with setup resources and a tailored tutorial, allowing them to begin working with the system using their own project examples. A two-week free trial gave them time to become familiar with the platform and access support where needed.

Today, VsHome plays an important role during customer consultations. The OWD team regularly creates designs using VsHome whilst with the homeowner, making adjustments in real time to reflect their preferences.

The ability to update layouts, colours and configurations instantly has improved both efficiency and the overall customer experience.

“We do a lot of designs with customers sat in the room,” said Michael. “Being able to make changes while they watch makes the experience much more engaging and helps everyone stay on the same page.”

Providing customers with a clear and accurate visualisation before installation has also helped build confidence in purchasing decisions as homeowners can see a close representation of the finished result and tweak details before work begins.
