Painted frames from Universal Arches
Universal Arches is offering a new paint finishing service for all types of window and doors, plus angled frames, arched windows, circular windows and gothic shapes.
According to Universal Arches, the new service will ensure a significant reduction in lead times as it can combine the collection of frames for painting with usual collection and delivery of profiles and arches.
The company has a dedicated team for spraying products and customers can choose from a range of RAL or Farrow and Ball colours, with a lead time of 10 days from receipt of product at its St. Helens facility.
Standard finishes include matt, gloss, or textured and all paint finishes are guaranteed for 10 years.
Universal Arches says that its spraying service is beneficial to fabricators as they don’t need to hold as much coloured profile in stock, and helps installers by delivering a more consistent finish to frames, cills and trims.
Finished product is also supplied with touch-up paint.
Ken Gray, managing director at Universal Arches, said, “Our customers are mainly manufacturers of doors and windows and they are delighted that we offer a really fast turnaround on bending frames and now we also provide a fabulous paint finish quickly too.”
