On Target for Bromsgrove Housing project

Staffordshire-based Target Windows has partnered with property maintenance company, Novus Property Solutions, to transform five blocks of apartments owned by Bromsgrove Housing.

The project, which started in March 2022, will see Target Windows fit energy efficient windows to around 75 apartments. The works will also alter the aesthetics of the apartments turning the window frames from white to grey. To complement the windows the buildings are also being re-roofed and rendered as part of the project.

Guy Basnett, director of Target Windows, said: “Our commercial side is going from strength to strength, and we are thrilled to be back working with Novus Property Solutions on the Bromsgrove Housing Project.

“This project will see a complete transformation of the exterior of the apartment blocks giving them a new lease of life for residents – and truly showing how windows can make a huge difference to the style and feel of a home.
