Aluplast will showcase its expanded product range including a series of new innovations developed specifically for the UK at Fensterbau Frontale 2022.

Held in Nuremberg, Germany, on July 12-15, the expo is a global showcase for cutting-edge innovation in window and door design.

Attending with one of the event’s largest presences, Aluplast will be presenting its latest colour options, including the newly launched premium Jet Black foil finish; woodec, it’s ultra-realistic premium woodgrain option; aludec, its range of aluminium-effect foils; Ideal 70 and Ideal 4000, each now available in a grey core to complement new foil options; the aluplast flush casement; and Lift-and-Slide the German system house’s ultra-energy-efficient modular lift-and-slide door.

“Fensterbau is a truly global event, and we’d encourage fabricators and installers to be part of it and come to the Aluplast stand and see first-hand how continuing and industry-leading product innovation is delivering new opportunities and supporting our customers’ growth at home in the UK,” said, Ian Cocken, director of sales and marketing at Aluplast.

“Right now, our scale is more important than ever because it means that we can continue to invest – and for the long-term – regardless of the effects of the pandemic. That gives us incredible stability but also gives our customers access to leading-edge innovation in PVC-U building technologies.”

Aluplast’s Jet-Black ‘true black’ finish follows the recent launch of woodec, aluplast’s next generation foil, which replicates the natural appearance of timber while combining it with the through-life advantages of PVC-U. These are available across the Ideal 70, Ideal 4000 and Lift-and-Slide ranges.

With one of Europe’s most sophisticated and advanced extrusion operations, Aluplast will be promoting its ecotech extrusion technology, which isolates recycled content in the inner web of the profile leaving a virgin profile wall and pristine surface finish.

With U-values as low as 0.65W/m2K sustainability is also a key feature of the aluplast Lift-and-Slide door, which capable of spanning openings of 6.5m x 2.8m with just two sashes, delivering impressive design flexibility.

Cocken continued: “We’re looking at the sustainability of our products – in life and at end of life – how we make them, how we recover material, and how we use it effectively in a new generation of products, because it supports sales.

“We’re also constantly refining manufacturing processes and introducing new installation efficiencies to give more margin back to fabricators and installers, while helping them to win new business through innovation in product offer and aesthetics.

“As we emerge from the pandemic, fabrication companies will be reassessing the support and the product quality they get from their suppliers, and at Fensterbau in July this year, aluplast will have all the answers they need.”
