Three is the magic number for MFT

Made for Trade has celebrated a hat-trick of wins at the recent National Fenestration Awards (NFAs). The company won Conservatory Product of the Year for the Korniche roof lantern,
Bi-Folding Door Manufacturer of the Year and Aluminium Fabricator of the Year.
Retaining the prestigious Aluminium Fabricator of the Year award for 2023 is said to be a testament to the consistent quality of Made for Trade’s service, products, and fabrication. According to MFT, the Korniche brand continues to ‘impress and satisfy’ its trade customers.
Manufacturing and engineering development is pivotal at Made for Trade, and the company says it takes pride in its ongoing engineering and design of innovative products and services, adding that the Bi-Folding Door Manufacturer of the Year award validates the company’s investment in perfecting the Korniche bi-folding door.
A key selling point for installers is said to be the Speedbead knock-in bead, which allows door sashes to be glazed ‘quickly and effortlessly’. It also enables swift adjustments and any necessary remedial work without causing any damage to the bead or the frame.
According to Made For Trade the Conservatory Product of the Year Korniche lantern has also been designed for unparalleled ease and speed of construction and installation. Coupled with its ‘exceptional’ strength, MFT says it continues to set the benchmark in the industry.
The team from Made for Trade, including Ian Bousfield (marketing manager), Mike Robinson (head of sales operations), and Kevin Bell (senior sales associate), attended the NFA 2023 event.
Ian Bousfield said: “The nomination, shortlisting, and voting processes allow the entire industry to participate, allowing businesses to showcase their products and services and let the industry determine the deserving winners in each category.”
