SupaLite launches new training centre


SupaLite has launched a new training centre, the result of its latest investment to support trade partners.
Located in the heart of Preston, next to the S1 and S2 roof manufacturing facility, the new training centre features a showroom, alongside a classroom for sales and surveyor training, and a demonstration area which will allow installers to assemble a range of SupaLite products.
Designed to enhance skills and expertise, the new facility provides hands-on, comprehensive training on the latest SupaLite products and installation techniques, with the opportunity to build and break down a SupaLite roof.
According to SupaLite, its experts are committed to sharing the essential skills and knowledge needed to deliver the highest quality installations for every project.
SupaLite adds that it has developed the training facility to offer a dynamic learning environment tailored specifically to meet the needs of its trade customers.
Installers attending the training centre can expect to learn about the full SupaLite product range, including the SupaLite Roof, SkyEdge Rooflight, S1 Lantern and S2 Glass Conservatory Roof, along with building regulation requirements and a course designed to highlight the dangers of the clad over roof market.
Installers who complete the training earn a certificate, which according to SupaLite is a valuable asset to both the individual and their employer, enhancing the installer’s credibility and helping them to stand out in a competitive market.
Dedicated sales programmes
SupaLite is also working hard to create a dedicated training programme for salespeople.
These sales programmes are said to be aimed at improving sales conversion rates by providing a detailed insight into how best to promote the features and benefits of SupaLite products.
Salespeople can be very focused on selling the merits of the SupaLite product, but SupaLite says that it wants to extend that knowledge by providing more detailed information on building regulations through to upselling.
Installer schemes
SupaLite offers two installer schemes – SupaLite Premium and SupaLite Plus – that are designed to ensure trade partners install SupaLite products to the highest standards, with continued support from their expert in-house team.
SupaLite Premium Installers receive a host of benefits, including branded workwear, free of charge lead generation, feature on SupaLite’s website as a Premium Installer, free event invites, premium awards, loyalty points, and much more. This scheme is available to all customers via an application process.
SupaLite Plus Installers receive showroom support, a certificate and ID cards, use of SupaLite marketing material, and more.
SupaLite is said to be committed to strengthening installer relationships, particularly with Premium and Plus installers, by enhancing these schemes. The new training centre is designed to provide valuable resources and hands-on training, to build stronger partnerships.
