DHF (Door and Hardware Federation) has welcomed two new members to the team: Craig Wilde and Steve Hill.

Craig joined in July as the new membership manager. With more than 10 years’ experience in business-to-business projects and customer service across a range of sectors, Craig’s responsibilities will include overseeing the customer service process of retention, and recruitment of members, in addition to progressing the CRM system used.

Steve has worked for a variety of organisations that are current DHF members and has represented past employers at various DHF group meetings. Therefore, he had an excellent knowledge of DHF’s training offering, benefits and services ahead of taking up his new post, DHF said.

“We are delighted to welcome both Craig and Steve to DHF and look forward to benefiting from their knowledge and experience,” commercial manager Patricia Sowsbery-Stevens said.
