Trained for success
Carl F Groupco’s management team recently undertook a BTEC course in the Principles of Leadership and Management, and the Principles of Managing Performance.
All seven of the company’s managers successfully completed the coursework and sat an exam to achieve BTEC certification.
The course, which addressed key management issues, principles and legal matters, was part of Carl F Groupco’s ongoing commitment to training.
Management skills have been developed to support a new online appraisal system that is used on an ongoing basis and accessed by both the managers and their team members.
