Top customer service award
Outstanding customer service in the door hardware industry was celebrated at this year’s Institute of Architectural Ironmongers (IAI) Awards.
The Paul Lewis Customer Service Award was won by Karen Nelson, business development manager at Hoppe (UK), who has more than 30 years’ experience in the architectural ironmongery industry.
Karen was nominated for the award by one of Hoppe (UK)’s customers, Gary Cooper, the hardware project manager at Conduit Construction Network (CCN).
Gary said: “I’ve known Karen within the industry for a long time and she’s always been someone I know I can rely on; she really is my go-to for anything technical. The thing that always stands out the most about Karen is that for every query I send her way, she goes above and beyond to help. No matter how difficult the project or specification requirements, I know I can turn to Karen and she will do her best to help.”
