Stepping up the service

Roseview has appointed Mick Lane as its new technical service manager.

Glazing veteran Mick brings a quarter-century of fabrication and installation expertise to the role, which will see him head up the firm’s technical support services.

Roseview customers will now benefit from improved response times to queries they make before or during a sash window installation, the company said.

Sales director Richard Burrells, said: “Constant improvement – that’s the ethos that’s helped us build Roseview into the leading business it is today. Behind the scenes, we’re always working to push the boundaries of what’s possible and bring our customers an even better standard of product and service.

“That was our key motivation for hiring Mick. We decided we needed a full-time employee dedicated to offering our installers technical support and Mick’s decades of experience made him the obvious choice. I’m delighted he’s joining the team and look forward to working with him in the months and years ahead.”
