Rooflight staff aim high

Two new team members at Xtralite are aiming high as they replace colleagues who have amassed years of industry experience between them.

Craig Hebberd joins as area manager for the north west, and has 10 years’ experience in the roofing industry, and Rob Wall enjoys an internal promotion with the company having been a valued member of the installation and contracts staff for over 7 years.

The company has also taken on business administration apprentice Curtis Thompson, 19.

“Craig and Rob replace Ivan Hartshorne, 75 and Bev Holding, 67, who have both decided to embrace the delights of retirement, and it has been essential that we find quality replacements so that they can enjoy substantial and detailed handovers with them,” said Jim Lowther sales director Xtralite.

“Both of our new area sales managers have considerable experience in the construction and rooflight industries and, while Ivan and Bev’s shoes are challenging to fill, I am confident that we can achieve this together.

“It’s also great to welcome Curtis at time when the company is experiencing growth and expansion.”
