Retiring project manager

Winkhaus’s second longest-serving employee and north east project manager Trevor Riley has retired after nearly 25 years.

Trevor joined the company in November 1993 one year after the company became established in the UK with its headquarters in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

“One of the high points for me, and indeed the whole company, has been the introduction of automatic locking, which has transformed the residential door market,” Trevor said. “Winkhaus has always been at the forefront of innovation, from secure double door locking through to today’s automatic electronic locks, such as the AV2 and AV2E.

“It has been a pleasure to work for Winkhaus and I would like to thank all my colleagues for the years of fun and success during my employment.”
Taking over from Trevor in north east area is Ollie Safhill, who joined Winkhaus in July 2016 as business development executive.
