Paul Martin appointed group MD of Bailey
Paul Martin, currently managing director of Bailey Façades, has been appointed as group managing director, taking overall responsibility for all Bailey brands – Bailey Façades, Bailey Flat Roofing, Bailey Comar & Bailey Axim.
According to Bailey, the appointment is a ‘significant and positive’ step forward for the building envelope supplier, one that will bring all parts of the business together to create a more integrated, responsive, and efficient group.
It also reinforces Bailey’s commitment to improving its customer experience – with clearer communication, faster responses, and a joined-up approach from design to delivery.
Paul is said to be looking forward to getting out and meeting more of customers and to support the transition, CEO Dan Gilmore will continue to work closely with him, ensuring strong leadership continuity and helping to maintain focus as the company moves forward.
