Five members of staff from Bennett Architectural have raised £295 from taking part in the Donna Louise 5K/10K run at Trentham Gardens.
Design team members Paul Johnson, Mitch Pritchard, Alex Davies and Gareth Patrick alongside accounts assistant Janneke Gladwyn took on the 5K route in scorching conditions.
Lionel Grant, managing director at Bennett Architectural, said: “We’d like to congratulate the team for taking on this challenge and raising a great sum of money for the Donna Louise.
“Bennett Architectural has been raising money for the Donna Louise for a number of years with almost £10,000 raised since 2009. This is a great local charity we are proud to support.”
Katie Tams, regional fundraiser at The Donna Louise, said: “The support of Bennett Architectural really makes a difference to the children, young adults and families, who rely on The Donna Louise, so on their behalf I’d like to say a big heartfelt thank you to their team for supporting our event.
“We have to raise £4.5 million each year to support more than 240 families from Staffordshire and Cheshire, with most of this coming from fundraising and donations.”
