New operations director
Framexpress has appointed Tim Ball as operations director.
Prior to joining the team, Tim gained extensive experience in technical manufacturing having built his skill set from the ground up in sales, engineering and operational management.
Initially, he will evaluate the different departments and their working methods. This will be followed by the introduction of a programme that will improve the business incrementally and further build upon its strengths.
Impressed by the lean manufacturing culture that is present at the firm, Tim will now oversee and manage the overall operational running of the company, engaging with existing management.
