New operations director
Lincolnshire-based timber windows and doors manufacturer George Barnsdale has appointed Louis Kam as its new operations director.
A Bachelor and Master of Engineering, coupled with an Executive MBA, Louis is an experienced professional used to operating in a busy manufacturing environment.
His commitment to the customer experience and his dedication to creating a frictionless customer journey is a core reason for his appointment, the company said.
Commenting on Louis’s appointment, managing director Tom Wright said: “Louis impressed us with his wealth of manufacturing and operational knowledge which will help us make improvements across the company for the benefit of our customers.”
