SolarFrame has welcomed Matt Grafton to the business as its new managing director to succeed Steve Taylor who will step into the new role of commercial director while taking steps to retire.
New to the glass and glazing industry, Matt has built up his extensive managerial experience as a wing commander in the Royal Air Force. Over the course of his 20-year RAF career, Matt has accumulated over 130 operational missions, been awarded a Queens Commendation for Valuable Service (QCVS), and commanded the Royal Air Force Operational Training Simulation Facility. Along with a Cranfield MBA, Matt has more than sufficient experience to manage SolarFrame.
