New distribution manager
Suzanne Turner has been appointed as Endurance’s new distribution manager.
Suzanne has worked at Rocal for five years, moving from service calls up through aftersales supervisor to her current role.
“The immediate plans include the improvement of service we offer to our customers, including streamlined workloads for drivers and loaders to reduce unnecessary pressure, the recruitment of new drivers who can drive all vehicles, more forward planning, and better communication with customers,” Suzanne said.
“I will be using my strong working relationships with internal and external customers to outline the areas that need the most support. This includes implementing vehicle tracking for customers to track their order delivery, modernising the distribution fleet, and creating a comprehensive distribution strategy without losing any quality.”
