New apprentices

Conservatory Outlet has employed three new apprentices as part of an ongoing expansion of its apprenticeship programme.

Cayleigh Atkinson-Hepworth, Karla Watson and Joshua Childe are all set to complete Business Administration Level 3 qualifications over the next 15 months, working full-time as part of Conservatory Outlet’s Finance and HR teams respectively.

The trio will be required to complete eight hours of work-based learning each week, in addition their roles within the company, and will attend monthly one-to-one sessions with a designated tutor.

The fabricator has also added six new members to its internal audit team, as it works towards the continuation of the BSI ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management accreditation.

The new team members, who have been chosen from a number of different areas of the business, will now carry out a series of internal audits in a bid to provide valuable insight into the company’s operating procedures, policies, compliance and risk management controls. In line with the BSI criteria, the team will be responsible for conducting audits within individual areas of the business, as well as assessing existing procedural documents, to provide valuable feedback and analysis.
